By making a booking, the customer accepts the cancellation and refund conditions described below.
1. Free Cancellation
Customers may cancel their booking up to 24 hours before the scheduled departure time and receive a 100% refund of the amount paid.
To qualify for a full refund, the cancellation request must be received by PULLY BOATS at least 24 hours before the scheduled start of the booked service.
2. Cancellations Less Than 24 Hours Before Departure
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled departure time are non-refundable.
This includes cancellations resulting from:
- Changes in personal travel plans
- Late arrival
- Missed flights, buses, ferries or other transportation
- Illness or other personal circumstances
- Failure to arrive at the agreed pickup or meeting point
- Incorrect booking information provided by the customer
Where possible, PULLY BOATS may attempt to reschedule the booking. Rescheduling is subject to availability and is not guaranteed.
3. No-Shows
If a customer does not arrive at the agreed pickup or meeting location at the scheduled time and has not contacted PULLY BOATS, the booking may be considered a no-show.
No-shows are non-refundable.
4. Weather and Sea Conditions
Passenger safety has priority over the planned itinerary or departure.
Boat transport and tours depend on weather and sea conditions.
PULLY BOATS reserves the right to cancel, postpone, shorten or modify a service when weather or sea conditions make the planned journey unsafe.
The final decision regarding safe navigation and operation of the vessel is made by PULLY BOATS and the skipper.
Rain, clouds or less-than-perfect weather alone do not automatically constitute unsafe conditions or grounds for a customer cancellation and refund.
5. Cancellation Due to Unsafe Weather
If PULLY BOATS cancels the booked service because weather or sea conditions are considered unsafe, customers will be offered:
- An alternative departure time
- An alternative date, subject to availability
- A suitable alternative route where appropriate
- A 100% refund if the service cannot be provided or the customer cannot accept a reasonable rescheduled departure
Customers will not be charged a cancellation fee when PULLY BOATS cancels the service because of unsafe weather or sea conditions.
6. Route and Destination Changes
The booked route and destination represent the planned service.
The skipper may change the route, departure point, arrival point, order of stops or itinerary because of:
- Weather conditions
- Sea conditions
- Maritime traffic
- Safety considerations
- Port restrictions
- Temporary maritime restrictions
- Instructions from competent authorities
- Other operational circumstances outside our reasonable control
A reasonable modification required for safe operation does not automatically constitute cancellation of the service or entitle the customer to a refund.
7. Natural Attractions and Swimming Locations
Where the booked service includes caves, beaches, swimming locations or other natural attractions, access depends on weather, sea conditions, waves, maritime traffic and other circumstances outside the control of PULLY BOATS.
For safety reasons, the skipper may decide that entering or approaching a particular location is not possible.
The inability to access one specific attraction does not automatically result in a full or partial refund if the remainder of the booked service can safely operate.
Where possible, an alternative location or route will be offered.
8. Customer Arriving Late
Customers must be ready at the agreed pickup or meeting location at the confirmed time.
If a customer arrives late, PULLY BOATS will make reasonable efforts to accommodate the customer where operationally possible.
Late arrival may result in:
- Reduced duration of the service
- Delayed departure where operationally possible
- Departure without the customer for scheduled or shared services
- Cancellation as a no-show where the delay prevents the service from being provided
Late arrival does not automatically entitle the customer to a refund or extension of the booked service.
9. Cancellation by PULLY BOATS
PULLY BOATS reserves the right to cancel a booking due to circumstances including:
- Unsafe weather or sea conditions
- Mechanical or technical problems
- Unexpected operational issues
- Government or maritime authority restrictions
- Port closures
- Force majeure
- Circumstances that could compromise passenger or crew safety
If PULLY BOATS cancels the entire booked service and no suitable replacement or rescheduled departure is accepted, the customer will receive a 100% refund of the amount paid for the cancelled service.
10. Mechanical or Technical Problems
If a technical or mechanical problem occurs before departure and PULLY BOATS cannot provide the booked service or a suitable replacement vessel, customers will be offered an alternative departure or a full refund.
If an unexpected technical problem occurs during the service, PULLY BOATS will take reasonable measures to ensure passenger safety and resolve the situation.
Any applicable refund or compensation will depend on the circumstances, the portion of the service already provided and applicable consumer protection legislation.
11. Force Majeure
PULLY BOATS is not responsible for delays, changes or inability to provide a service caused by circumstances outside its reasonable control.
These may include:
- Severe weather
- Natural disasters
- Fires
- Maritime restrictions
- Government actions
- Strikes
- Emergencies
- Port closures
- Navigation restrictions
- Other comparable extraordinary circumstances
Where the service cannot operate, PULLY BOATS will provide remedies required under applicable law and, where possible, offer rescheduling or a refund.
12. Refund Processing
Approved refunds will normally be returned using the original payment method where possible.
The time required for the refunded amount to appear in the customer's account depends on the payment provider, card issuer or bank.
PULLY BOATS is not responsible for processing delays caused by banks, card companies or payment providers after the refund has been issued.
13. Third-Party Bookings
Bookings made through third-party booking platforms, travel agencies or resellers may be subject to the cancellation and refund conditions displayed by that provider at the time of booking.
Customers who booked through a third-party platform should normally submit their cancellation through the same platform.
This Cancellation & Refund Policy applies to bookings made directly with PULLY BOATS unless different cancellation conditions were clearly communicated and accepted at the time of booking.
14. Contact and Cancellation Requests
Cancellation requests should be submitted as soon as possible through:
